Quotes

Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information you give us. If the home differs significantly from what was described, we will confirm any change with you before starting work.

Scheduling and cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a visit so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Satisfaction

If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we'll come back to make it right.

Access and safety

You agree to provide safe access to the property. Our team is insured and bonded, and every cleaner is background-checked.
